Path ambassador, Brooke McFerren, takes inspiration for her artwork from her favorite local trails and landscapes. Brooke paints with gouache, a type of opaque watercolor, and likes to feature landmarks trail users will recognize. She also loves finding beauty in overlooked parts of the trail or painting from a different point of view that isn't so easily recognized.
